Subway is a fast-food giant with over 40,000 locations worldwide and its customizable menu really sets it apart from the competition.  The Subway diet plan based on making health-conscious choices from the broad Subway menu to reduce calorie and fat intake. It was a popular routine the 2000s as a weight-loss method but interest seems to have waned.
